      Bulk cargo ships consist of two types of ships, one is a bulk carrier and the other is a general cargo ship. Bulk carriers mainly undertake bulk cargoes, such as coal, fertilizer, grain, ore, etc., which are bulky bulk cargoes. These vessels do not have ship cranes and rely on port loading and unloading spreaders for loading and unloading operations. Because the volume of the entire ship is large, the loading and unloading time is generally long.

      A general cargo ship is a kind of ship commonly used in China's equipment export. The ship has its own spreader. According to the lifting force of the ship's crane, it can be divided into two types: ordinary general cargo ship and heavy lift ship. This type of transportation is an irregular ship. The loading and unloading port are determined according to the cargo on the ship. There is no exact time for the voyage. Due to the sort order of the loading and unloading port and the port pressure of each port and the influence of various bad weather, the range of the voyage fluctuation bigger. Ships use shore cranes or ship cranes during loading and unloading, which is more flexible.

        There are two kinds of bulk cargo shipowners in the market. One is the head owner, which is commonly known as the big shipowner and is the owner of the ship. The other is the disponent owner, commonly known as the second shipowner, using TCT (TIME CHARTER TRIP) or TC. (TIME CHARTERING) way to charter ships, the second owner has the right to use the ship.
