KD mode is being accepted by more and more suppliers

KD mode include CKD and SKD.

CKD makes cars by importing all the bulk parts from abroad and assembling them in China. Or import a portion of bulk parts and a portion of locally produced parts to assemble on an assembly line. At present, the main reason for domestic automobile manufacturers to adopt this mode is to avoid the high import tariff.

SKD is an international automobile trade in which a company takes a fully assembled automobile and disassembles it, exports it as semi-finished products or parts, and then assembles the finished product itself in its home country and sells it.
